The school is in ruins, yet is supposed to be haunted by a young man. There has been cold spots felt close to the old engine room was. Individuals have told of hearing the voices of children playing. A couple have said they have seen the ghost of a specific young man playing. Legend says that this young boy was butchered down in the engine room and his body discarded in the furnace. When people go into this area, they have told of having blocks and other debris thrown at them.
